However, coordinating these services in a timely manner while eliminating personal inconvenience in a work-from-home covid environment is challenging but thankfully flawlessly executed. Once I made the decision to sell, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I was able to get the home ready for the market many weeks if not months quicker and with confidence due to their recommendations and proactive diligence. Third, feedback during the active selling period was frequent, concise, frank, and accurate.
